Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what your order! However, If for some reason you don't, we are more than happy to accept returns for store credit & exchanges up to 15 days from the delivery date. Please see below for full eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.

Before starting a return or exchange, please make sure to read the full policy below:

What Items Are Returnable:

  •  Unused, unworn and unwashed items
  •  Items in original packaging with tags intact (if applicable)

What Items Are Non-Returnable:  

  • Worn or washed items
  • Hair products and/or accessories
  • Beauty Products
  • Jewelry
  • Discounted, sale, or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal Items (Including: Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas) purchased 15 days before and/or 15 days after each designated calendar holiday. If you would like an exchange for a different size, please Contact Us.

How To Start Your Return:

  • Go to to our RETURNS PORTAL
  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number to sign in 
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return and follow the instructions to submit
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping instructions, return confirmation and store credit confirmation.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. We do not offer free return shipping, unless it was error in shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Once approved for a return, it must be sent back within 5 calendar  days. In addition, the item(s) must be new, unworn and not washed. If the return is shipped back later than 5 days and/or looks visibly worn, washed or smells like smoke or other fragrances, we won't be able to accept the return and no refunds will be given. If we are unable to accept a return, you are responsible for arranging return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed once received back.

Once your return has been processed, you will then be sent an email containing a code for store credit in the amount of the item returned not including any initial shipping charges.

Exchange Policy:

Need a different size or want a different color? We can currently offer exchanges for size and/or color for any same item from your order. If you would like to exchange one design or item from your order for a different design or item, please follow the instructions above to return for store credit towards a new purchase.

How To Start Your Exchange:

  • Go to to our EXCHANGE PORTAL
  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number to sign in 
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to exchange and follow the instructions to submit.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping instructions and new exchange order number.

Exchange orders will be processed when the original order is received back and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your exchange and ship out your new order.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrived damaged, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the damaged item.
