In videos, I wear size XL t-shirts and Large crewnecks.
Depending on the style or color, we use different brands for tees and crewnecks such as Comfort Colors and Lane Seven. This information can be found prior to ordering in the "Size Guide" and under the "Fabric Content" tab on each page.
All orders are processed as they come in. Some items (t-shirts, crew necks, hoodies, etc) are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days before shipping. All other in stock items typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days, however, please allow up to 5-7 days.
Since there is production time that is required for most items, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
We try our best to show an estimated delivery window for each item. However, due to varying production time and different carrier delivery timeframes, we are unable to guarantee any delivery date.
We process all orders as soon as they come in, so we are not able to make changes or cancel orders once submitted. Please double check all product sizes/styles and confirm correct contact & shipping information before submitting your order.
Please wash your tee/crewneck inside out in cold water with like colors. We also reccomend air drying or tumble dry low heat.
We offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more!

We are unable to apply a coupon code once your order is placed. Please make sure to enter and apply it prior to placing your oder.
With order & shipping confirmations, we try our best to keep you updated on the status of your order. So, make sure to check your email for all order status updates.

As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email. That email contains the tracking number as well a link to track on the carrier's website. Please be aware it may take 48-72 hours for tracking to update.

Sometimes items from your order will ship from separate locations. When this happens, you will receive multiple shipping confirmations with unique tracking information for each item.
If your item arrived damaged, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the damaged item.
If you received an incorrect item, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the incorrect item.
If a package is showing delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to locate the package. This includes providing resources for filing a claim or initiating a package trace. However, once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.
