I am a very small business, so it's very important to me to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, and related services offered by our store. Please read carefully prior to placing your order.

Order Processing Time

We process all orders as they are placed. Some items (t-shirts, crew necks, hoodies, etc) are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for those to ship.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing includes verification, packing, and handing over the package to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

The available shipping methods and carriers will be displayed at the checkout page, and you can choose the most suitable option for your order. We use various carriers including UPS and USPS.

Shipping Rates and Fees

Shipping rates and fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and the selected shipping method. The shipping costs will be clearly presented to you at the checkout page before finalizing your order. We offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, but please note that these are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a question about receiving an order in a certain timeframe, please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking and Order Status

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and accessing the order history section. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

If a reshipment is no longer wanted after returning to us, we will charge a 20% restock fee and provide a refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If an order has already been shipped or is in the process of being produced or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim investigation. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 2 days from the delivery date indicated by the shipping carrier. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist you in resolving the issue.

If a package is showing delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to locate the package. This includes providing resources for filing a claim or initiating a package trace. However, once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the damaged item.
